By placing an order with SofiJ Lore Nails, you agree to the following:
💌 Processing & Shipping
All sets are handmade to order unless listed as ready to ship.
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment.
Shipping times may vary depending on location. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
💅 Sizing Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate nail sizes at checkout.
If sizes are entered incorrectly, I am not responsible for fit issues.
If you are unsure, please message me before ordering.
❌ Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails:
All sales are final
No refunds, returns, or exchanges
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve it 💛
🛑 Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase.
After 15 minutes, your order may already be in production. If a cancellation is requested after this time, a $10 cancellation fee will be applied.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has begun.
Please double check your order details before purchasing.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can assist you.
🌙 Product Care & Use
Each set is reusable with proper care.
I am not responsible for:
Damage caused by improper application or removal
Normal wear and tear
Application instructions are included with your order.
